Say Pleaaaaaaaaase!

I think Ayisha is growing up too much lately. Now that she knows the power of the word 'PLEASE', she's been using it so skillfully that she pretty much has both of us wrapped around her lil finger. How do u say NO when she goes all Puss-in-Boots-like-in-Shrek on you, looking up and begging 'Pleaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaase mum'. No matter if it's the 10th time I've read that Three Little Kittens bedtime story till I dozed off first, or pushing her on the bike whilst singing Wheels on The Bus over & over & over. Haih...... She's grasping this whole 'please' deal so much that the other day, when I asked her to pass my handphone that she hid under the table, at first she crouched down to pick it up but then suddenly hesitated. She stood up, one hand at the back, another one pointing at me, staring me down and said; 'mum say? mum? pleaaaaaaase?'. I was speechless. After I said 'pleaaase', she nodded approvingly ( konon! ) then picked i...

Im still working on my Paris entry. By working I mean started 1 paragraph few weeks ago and never went back :p The internet sucked then blogpsot wasn't working too plus other excuses that you could think of, just throw them in here. Im still so very excited to tell all about the trip but there's so much other stuff going on as well so Im thinking I should update what's been going on while keeping that in the background. Will tell all about Paris later k So things are slowly getting back to normal. There's gonna be no trips nor visitors till end of June - when my inlaws will be here just in time for Ayisha's 2nd birthday (2 already???) I had a wonderful Mother's Day celebration - 1 week delayed because I was already pampered with Paris & my birthday & we have visitors bla bla. So i was beyond happy that i still get a celebration after all the many other stuff that's been happening. There's breakfast in bed and a whole day of shopping all by my...

Bonjour Madame/Monsieur, Bonsoir, Merci, Au Revoir! We're back!!! Tho i did manage to speak more than the above French during the trip before my notes were accidentally destroyed by melting easter eggs in my pocket, those were the only ones that i still remember. :p Paris....ahhhhhhhhhhhh :)))) Eiffel Tower at night - marvelous! It was an absolutely amazing city with so much to offer. We spent the first 2 days taking on as much of Paris that we can and the next 7 days exploring the French Riviera including Nice, Monaco, Cannes and even San Remo in Italy. We then came back for one last day in Paris to catch up on whatever we might've missed and experiencing the Tower at night before heading back home. We were totally blown away by the whole experience. I love it, love it, love it so much. Love the breathtaking sights, love the old history rich buildings, love the making-u-drools food, love the many lil charming shops at the marches, love the beautiful men (and women)...
