Back from the Land of 40 Million Sheep & No Snakes!

Im back from New Zealand!!! There's SO much to write about but i dunno where to start! Pictures & stories bout my WONDERFUL WONDERFUL trip would probably come much later after we finally organise our many million shots..It was so difficult NOT to take too many pix. SO amazing there..every mountain, every river, every town, every building, EVERYTHING!

Here's a short version of our 18-day trip:-

- We arrived in Christchurch & did the full loop of South Island - from Dunedin, Milford Sounds, Queenstown, Wanaka & around to the Glaciers, Abel Tasman, Marlborough Sounds, Kaikoura & back to Christchurch.

- We rented a car & travelled from one holiday park to another to set up our tent & camp!

- We saw seals right by the highway - no entry or tour fees! It's SOO amazing..jz imagine seeing a bunch of seals tepi jalan!

- We stayed at THE MOST WONDERFUL backpacker's hostel where we get to look for our own oysters FRESH from the rocks, ALL YOU CAN EAT OYSTERS, for free! There's thousands of them!

- The Milford Sound Cruise was BREATHTAKING!!!

- We stayed with Michael's friends in Wanaka where we were spoilt with comfy bed & good food! They're such wonderful hosts!

- We did some bushwalking, kayaking, rafting & the most strenuous for me was the 5-hour Glazier Hike - going up a VERY steep bukit to get to the ice. It was SO hard i almost gave up. So PENAT! But glad i did it cos the feeling on the ice was juz unbelievable!

- We got to do LOTS of stuff in a day cos it didnt get dark till about 9.30ish. Some places 10pm! It also means we ate dinner twice :p

- The last nite in NZ, we went to a Maori performance & had a Maori experience - I got invited on stage to do Maori dance with the girls and later Michael was also pulled on stage to do the Haka with the boys!! It was FANTASTIC!!!!! Ka Mate Ka Mate!

- NO we did not bungy..(YES, Michael osso didn't jump):p

There's so much stuff to blog about..Xmas (ive got some interesting prezzies!), the new year 2008! Tho they're both a lil bit basi rite now..hehe..I still haven't got around to write down my resolutions! But before all that, i wanna catch up on my friends' blogs and all the emails!!!

Oh, oh, oh!!! Got news! IM COMING HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!! YIPPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! On Xmas day, i got an early Birthday present as well - a return ticket to KL in May, for my birthday! Woohoo!!
