Movember
I have stories to tell but a bit malas to write. Some stories a lil bit basi, like how my sister Limah finally left and leaving me all sad & moping. That's 2 weeks ago! New stories osso got, but i might hafta keep some for my next post cos i think this one's gonna be pretty lengthy.
Limah ku Sayang
The rest of the 2 weeks she was here we continued doing her favorite thing - makan, makan and more makan. One weekend we went down the caravan where she played with all the kangaroos. Play as in, campak roti from 2 metres and run like crazy when the Roos started hopping. That's ok, that's how i play too..hehehe. It took a lot of encouraging & sweet talking (to Limah & the kangaroo) from Michael to get her to do this. By the way, check out the lil Joey! soo cute!
Another weekend we went to Nelson Bay. Limah loves the beaches. So most times she'd be hanging out with Michael swimming, snorkelling & having long walks on the beach. They bonded pretty well i think.
The last weekend she was here we took her to Bondi Beach.
We then took her to Cronulla beach till she's all 'beached' out. I also took her for karaoke with my girls, that was heaps fun! Then there's the last minute shopping. She ended up with 30kg of stuff, 29.9 kilos would probably be all the TimTam biccies and choccies that she brought home for the family!
On her last day, we had the Laidlers over for a farewell breakfast. Food overload with all the pancakes with strawberries & cream, scrambled eggs with mushrooms, muffins, crumpets, roti canai with curry and desserts - our last effort to get her to stay. But she left anyway and that was pretty hard.
It was definitely different without her around. Im doing the laundry again after a month off and Michael's been cooking a lot after she left cos i jz wasn't in the mood to cook for two instead of the 3 of us (ngada2 le tuh).
2 days after she left, I went to see Priscilla Queen of the Desert The Musical with the girls. I totally forgot about that! We bought the tickets sometime last year and i almost cancelled cos i was feeling all blergh. But glad i went cos it was SUPERB!! It made you wanna be in one of those super cool amazing costumes and make up. The songs and the singing were magnificent too, making u jz wanna get up & boogie. It was such a great nite out!

Do you know that Twilight is opening in the US this Friday (TOMORROW)??? I think it's showing in Malaysia next week and will only be premiering in OZ on the 11th December. Boooo boooo boooo!!! Ive been seeing too many clips & trailers & spoilers & interviews that i think if i piece em all up together, i might get a movie of my own! Anyways, i've read all the books at least twice now and im sure i'll be reading Twilight again before the 11th. I can't bring myself to read anything else till then, i feel like im cheating on Edward Cullen or something..hehe ngada2 juga..

This month is Movember month. It's the month where you'll see most men walking around with their dirty lil moustache to raise $ and awareness towards men's health issues. Few blokes at work are doing it trying to raise funds for their charity of choice - men's depression & prostate cancer. My bloke at home is doing it just because he can and i think maybe to annoy me a little.
He's not a very hairy person. It took him about 4 months to grow that mo of his. At first i didn't know he was 'grooming' himself for Movember. He's got this fuzzy hair going on, patches of uneven beard around his face that i didn't even notice his mo. I was getting pretty sick of it and we kept making lil bets that would make him shave his hair & face but i kept losing. I was soo over it. Especially when it started to smell like curry one day and chilli the next day even when i was standing few feet away from him! It was just sooooooo annoying and a lil bit eww.
Then one day it's all gone, except for the mo lah. That's the start of November. Some girls love it, some don't. It's not my favorite look but because he's been doing a lot of stuff around the house lately and making me happy, i thot the least i could do is to accept his mo. Look here, he's soo proud! :p

Bila you pergi Priscilla ? I went on the 1st Nov, 2pm show. It was bloody good and hillarious kan ? I cant believe that Todd McKenny is such a good actor. Selalu dengar dia kat radio ajer with Sonia Kruger.
My friend tak pernah miss, 3 years in a row dia pergi. After dah tengok sendiri, now I can understand. I think am turning to be like her, nak pergi lagi sekali !
